一、条款与条件

欢迎报名参加由 Martin Fengshui Plt（注册号 202004000004 (LLP0022763-LGN)，以下简称"我们"或"主办方"）主办的【人生CEO方程式 (A+C+O+R)×N】5天工作坊（以下简称"本课程"）。当您提交报名表格时，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意以下条款。

1. 报名与确认

• 报名须填写真实姓名、有效手机号与邮箱，以便我们核实身份及发送课程通知。
• 名额以完成报名并成功付款者为准，采先到先得方式，早鸟优惠数量有限，售完即止。
• 成功报名后，您将收到电邮确认，其中包含具体的线上课程链接与线下场地资讯。

2. 课程形式

• 本课程共分5天：4节线上课程（每节2小时）+ 1节线下实体课程（3小时，为全课程唯一线下环节）。
• 线上课程通过视讯会议进行，学员须自备稳定网络与设备。
• 线下课程将在多个地点场次中择一举行，具体可选场次以报名页面当时显示为准，详细地址将于开课前另行通知。

3. 出席与学员守则

• 请学员准时出席，缺席线上或线下环节恕不另行补课，亦不构成退款理由（退款细则请见第三部分〈退款政策〉）。
• 课程内容涉及学员个人出生资料（如出生时辰）之分析讨论，请学员如实提供，以确保分析结果之参考价值。
• 学员应以尊重、开放的态度参与课堂讨论，不得录音、录影或以任何形式对外传播课程内容，除非获主办方书面同意。

4. 免责声明

本课程内容结合传统八字、易经五行智慧与现代个人行为数据分析，旨在提供人生规划与自我认知的参考工具，并非专业财务、法律、医疗或心理治疗建议。任何基于课程内容所作出的个人、商业或财务决策，其后果概由学员自行承担，主办方及导师不对课程内容所衍生之任何直接或间接损失承担责任。

5. 知识产权

课程所使用之教材、方程式框架、简报及所有相关内容之知识产权归主办方所有，未经书面授权，不得复制、转载或用于商业用途。

6. 条款之变更

主办方保留因不可抗力或课程安排需要而调整课程日期、时间、地点或内容之权利，若有重大变更，将透过报名时所留邮箱或手机号尽快通知学员。

二、隐私政策

我们重视您的个人资料私隐，本政策说明我们如何收集、使用及保护您透过本网站报名表格所提供之资料。

1. 我们收集的资料

• 基本资料：姓名、手机号、邮箱、职业。
• 报名选项：所选之线上场次与线下场次。
• 自我审计问卷：您于报名前所填写之5题问卷答案，用于协助导师了解学员背景，以调整课程内容之针对性。

2. 资料用途

• 处理您的报名及付款流程。
• 发送课程相关通知，如上课链接、场地资讯、日程变更等。
• 用于课程内容之针对性调整（问卷资料）。
• 在您同意的情况下，用于未来课程或活动之资讯推广（您可随时选择退出）。

3. 资料存储与安全

您的资料储存于 Supabase（新加坡区域伺服器），并透过资料库权限设置（Row Level Security）严格限制，仅主办方授权人员方可查阅，网站前端本身无法读取或导出任何已提交之报名资料。

4. 资料分享

我们不会出售您的个人资料。资料仅在以下情况下可能被分享：(a) 处理付款所必须之支付服务商；(b) 法律要求之情况下。

5. Cookie 与第三方服务

本网站嵌入 Google Fonts 与 YouTube 影片，此类第三方服务可能依其本身之隐私政策收集浏览资讯，与本网站资料收集无关。

6. 您的权利

您有权要求查阅、更正或删除我们所持有关于您的个人资料。如有相关需求，请联系 admin@martinfengshui.com。

三、退款政策

请学员于报名前详细阅读以下退款条款。

1. 不予退款

一经提交报名并完成付款，所缴费用概不退还，包括但不限于学员因个人原因无法出席、临时缺席或中途放弃课程之情况。请学员于报名前确认自身时间安排。

2. 主办方取消活动

若课程因主办方原因（如导师临时无法授课、不可抗力等）而取消，学员将获全额退款。此为唯一可获退款之情况。

3. 申请方式

如遇上述第2项主办方取消课程之情况，请透过报名时所留邮箱联系 admin@martinfengshui.com，并附上报名时所用之姓名与邮箱以便核实。退款将于确认后 7–14 个工作天内退回。

Welcome to the [Life CEO Formula (A+C+O+R)×N] 5-day workshop ("the Program"), organized by Martin Fengshui Plt (Registration No. 202004000004 (LLP0022763-LGN)), referred to herein as "we," "us," or "the Organizer." By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1.1 Registration & Confirmation

• Registration requires a valid name, phone number, and email address for identity verification and course communication.
• Seats are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful registration and payment. Early-bird pricing is limited and subject to availability.
• Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent containing the online session link and offline venue details.

1.2 Program Format

• The Program runs over 5 days: 4 online sessions (2 hours each) plus 1 in-person session (3 hours, the only offline component of the course).
• Online sessions are conducted via video conferencing; participants must have a stable internet connection and suitable device.
• The in-person session is held at one of several city venues, selected at the time of registration from whatever options are shown on the signup page. Exact address and directions will be shared before the session.

1.3 Attendance & Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to attend punctually. Missed online or offline sessions are not eligible for make-up classes and do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund (see Section 3, Refund Policy).
• The course involves analysis based on participants' personal birth information (e.g. time of birth); accurate information is required for meaningful results.
• Participants must engage respectfully and in good faith. Recording, filming, or redistributing course content in any form is prohibited without prior written consent from the Organizer.

1.4 Disclaimer

This Program combines traditional Bazi and Five Elements (Feng Shui) philosophy with modern personal-data analysis to provide a reflective framework for personal planning. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Any personal, business, or financial decisions made based on course content are made at the participant's own discretion and risk. The Organizer and instructor bear no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of course content.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All course materials, the ACORN formula framework, slides, and related content are the intellectual property of the Organizer. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

1.6 Changes to These Terms

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the Program's date, time, venue, or content due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling needs. Material changes will be communicated promptly via the email or phone number provided at registration.

2. Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of your personal data seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide via this website's registration form.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Basic details: name, phone number, email address, occupation.
• Registration selections: chosen online and offline session.
• Self-assessment quiz: your answers to the 5 pre-registration questions, used to help the instructor understand participant backgrounds and tailor course content.

2.2 How We Use It

• To process your registration and payment.
• To send course-related notifications, such as session links, venue details, and schedule changes.
• To tailor course content based on quiz responses.
• Where you've opted in, to inform you of future courses or events (you may opt out at any time).

2.3 Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (Singapore region) and protected by strict database-level access controls (Row Level Security). Only authorized personnel of the Organizer may access it — the website's front end itself has no ability to read or export submitted registration data.

2.4 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may only be shared: (a) with payment service providers as necessary to process payment; (b) where required by law.

2.5 Cookies & Third-Party Services

This website embeds Google Fonts and a YouTube video. These third-party services may collect browsing data under their own privacy policies, independent of this website's own data collection.

2.6 Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Please contact admin@martinfengshui.com for such requests.

3. Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before registering.

3.1 No Refunds

Once registration is submitted and payment is completed, fees are non-refundable, including where a participant is unable to attend, misses a session, or withdraws from the Program for any personal reason. Please confirm your availability before registering.

3.2 Organizer-Initiated Cancellation

If the Program is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Organizer (e.g. instructor unavailability, force majeure), participants will receive a full refund. This is the only circumstance under which a refund applies.

3.3 How to Request

In the event of an Organizer-initiated cancellation as described in Section 3.2, please contact admin@martinfengshui.com using the email address you registered with, along with your registered name for verification. Approved refunds will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
